Code of Conduct

We are a femme-centered space. Our goal is to keep the room safe, welcoming, and fun—especially for femmes and gender-expansive folks. By attending, you agree to:

• No harassment or discrimination of any kind (including misogyny, transphobia, racism, ableism, homophobia, or body-shaming).
• Consent-first: ask before touching or photographing others; stop immediately if someone says no or looks uncomfortable.
• Respect personal space—no crowding or aggressive behavior. Follow staff/venue directions promptly.
• No weapons or dangerous items; no illegal substances. Intoxicated or unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Photo/Video: keep it respectful; honor any request not to be recorded (see Media Policy below).

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for safety or policy violations.

Admission & Door

• At the door: GA is $20 + tax (card/tap only).
• Presales are limited and may be discounted. Max 1 ticket per order.
• Femme-centered audience policy may apply and will be stated on the event page.
• Venue security may check IDs per house policy.

Ticket Transfers & Refunds

• Name changes allowed by emailing whiteferneventsco@gmail.com from the purchaser’s address.
• No refunds except for event cancellation; if refunds are granted, processing fees may be non-refundable.
• We may cancel and refund any order that violates our policies or jeopardizes safety.

Media & Privacy

• Ask consent before photographing/filming identifiable people. Respect “no photos” requests.
• No flash near performers unless explicitly permitted.
• We may capture event footage for HISS KISS KILL promo; we’ll avoid identifying audience members who request privacy.

Accessibility

If you need seating, early entry, a low-stimulation area, or other accommodations, email us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to make it work.
